Lease Application Terms

If applicant has misstated the number of persons in applicant’s family or the number of persons intended to occupy the apartment, or if applicant has made any other misstatement of material facts relating to the application and/or lease, or if applicant fails to complete the application, Maze Group Development may cancel the application and/or lease without notice.

With this application each tenant is responsible for submitting a non-refundable deposit of $500.00. The house will not be held until all tenants’ payments and applications are received, totaling $1,000. Individual and incomplete applications won’t be accepted. This deposit will hold the house for you and prevent further showing of the house until you sign the lease agreement. Upon entering the lease the $500.00 will then function as each tenant’s security deposit as described in the lease.

A group lease and a guarantor lease for parents to sign are forthcoming and must be returned within 30 days of receipt. Failure to do so puts the group at risk of losing their hold on the property and forfeiture of their application fee.
